Trans Duck Army 56 - Nonbinary Lesbian

Trans individuals aren’t often represented in a way we can identify with. My hope with this project is that members of the trans community can see themselves represented in a fun, whimsical way. The series also serves to educate the public on different identities, flags, diversity, and inclusion.

No two of the 100 ducks are the same; the diversity of ducks in this project represents the diversity and intersectionality of identities within the trans community.

Identity is a complicated thing, and a very personal journey that can change over time. ALL IDENTITIES ARE VALID! Representation matters!

ITEM DETAILS:

Each duck in the Trans Duck Army is hand painted on a 4x4x2” mini canvas and represents a member or group of individuals in the trans community. Collect the duck that aligns with your identity, or multiple if that’s how you identify. Prints are also available featuring the army as a collective.
